Quality Endorsed Company

MICM Property has obtained certification of ISO 9001:2015. Certification involves independent expert auditors assessing the organisation’s systems and operations to ensure that MICM Property meets the internationally recognized ISO (International Standards Organisation) requirements.
MICM acknowledges that our policy of ‘Commitment to Excellence’ will only be achieved and maintained in a consistent manner if a structured quality system is employed within a framework for providing checking, for sale monitoring and reporting.

To this end, MICM has implemented a quality management system modeled on the ISO 9001:2015 standard. International accreditation was awarded by the certification organisation in February 2002. We have continued to be examined and re-certified every year since.

The level, to which the specified standards are being met, is monitored on a monthly basis and reviewed by senior management. Staff from all areas of the organisation have been involved in the implementation of our quality management system and through regular internal audits our procedures are being constantly monitored and improved.

To achieve the required consistent quality MICM has developed a ‘Quality Assurance Plan’ which achieves quality outcomes by relying on the use of a disciplined system of:

  • PlanningQuality Endorsed
  • Budgeting
  • Reviewing
  • Testing
  • Inspecting
  • Auditing
  • Reporting

Our operating systems are kept up-to-date by our in-house System support to ensure the latest versions of Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe and related office systems are available to all Administrative staff. Our database system for storing of OC registry requirements and the production of financial information is currently driven by MacPro Office Manager – a division of RPData. We are also working with Stratamax on a select group of properties.

Communication is the heartbeat of any organization and the KPI’s in place for Managers dictates the process and timing for the provision of reports, responding to emails and overall assistance to residents and Committees. While email is the quickest method at times, it does not always reveal the intent of the sender. MICM Managers attend on site regularly and are able to work through most concerns in a face-to-face discussion with the stakeholders involved.
